Reach out to us via our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Tell us the type of event, your expected date, location, and number of guests. Don't worry if you don't have all the details yet — we'll guide you through it

Consultation & Planning

We arrange a free consultation in person or by phone to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. We'll discuss themes, equipment requirements, timing, and any special requests you have in mind.

Custom Quote

Based on your consultation, we send you a clear, itemised quote with no hidden costs. You'll see exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you commit to anything.

Confirm & Secure Your Date

Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm your booking with a deposit. Your event date is locked in, and our team begins detailed preparations to ensure everything is ready.

Setup Day

On the day of your event (or the day before for large setups), our full team arrives on-site to set up everything tents, chairs, sound, lights, and décor precisely as planned. We do a full technical check before the first guest arrives.

Event Day — We Handle Everything

Our team is on-site throughout your event. Our sound engineer manages the audio, our lighting technician operates the lights and smoke effects, and our photographer/videographer captures every moment beautifully

Packdown & Delivery of Media

When the event concludes, we pack down all our equipment cleanly and efficiently. Within the agreed timeframe, we deliver your edited photos and video highlights so you can relive every memory.
